Donna Harris

Donna has signed 'the deal'  to close her 40 year career as an Executive Sales Leader with Bell, TELUS, and most recently Equifax Canada, to embark on her next chapter --an expanded volunteer involvement in, and commitment to, "Advancing Women's Leadership", specifically focused on sponsoring the next generation of women leaders in Canada.  

In 2019, Donna assumed the Chair of  the Volunteer Committee for the hugely successful IWF 2019 Leadership Conference in Toronto and also chaired the influential IWF National Membership Portfolio.  

Pat Tremaine

Pat Tremaine is an entrepreneur with her own strategic marketing consultancy Tremaine Marketing Inc..  An experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans that deliver results, build brands and enhance customer relationships.

Currently focused on start-ups and early stage companies, she supports their investment rounds, builds and executes business plans.   Her actionable strategies and plans define brands and value propositions that deliver sustainable customer experiences.  Working with two life science companies (Parallax Development Corp and 484Scince) she is developing innovative products in the health and wellness sector.

Prior to starting her own company Pat held senior executive positions in Telecomm and Consumer Packaged Goods companies.

Pat has served on several boards including the Canadian Marketing Association.  As a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) she served on the local executive committee as communications lead and develop a mentoring program for young women.

Joanne Brady Merola

Joanne Brady Merola spent much of her career working with children with special needs and challenging behaviours. She became a vice-principal in 2000 and served for two years in an inner-city high school before being named principal of an inner-city elementary school where she stayed until her retirement.

She received a BA in History from Concordia and post-graduate degrees in Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, and Educational Administration from McGill University.
